Position: LTE SW Engineer (Campus Recruitment)
Location: Shanghai

Job Description:
In the challenging context of LTE wireless projects, eNodeB SW Engineer work for embedded software applications for new generation of wireless access network. He/She will contribute to software design, coding, unit tests as well as integration tests for Mobile Access Division of Alcatel-Lucent products’ software modules, tools, application etc.
Requirements:
1. Education background: Bachelor or above, Master Preferred
2. Major in: computer science, software engineering, electronic engineering, telecommunication, or related
3. Good knowledge of software development methodologies such as: embedded software development, OOD and UML etc. Good command of software data structure, algorithm. Solid experience using C and C++ languages<script></script>
4. Basic knowledge of Embedded Systems and Real Time applications development. Basic knowledge of wireless telecommunication system is a plus.
5. Experience using Clearcase or equivalent is a plus.
6. Knowledge of IP techniques is a plus.
7. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
8. Other requirements: Accountability; Passionate on software development in mobile telecommunication arena; good communication skill and teamwork spirit.

Job Description:
In the challenging context of LTE wireless projects, LTE Hardware Team is in charge of eNodeB hardware design and development, including backplane, control and baseband board, mechanical design, radio remote header, PA, etc.
1. Design / develop / debug eNB control/baseband / backplane / transport board / radio board schematics, including evaluate and select appropriate components.
2. Define PCB layout rules and review work of PCB designers on an ongoing basis.
3. Develop hardware specifications together with system team.
4. Cooperate closely with software design, test and manufacturing team.
<script></script>5. Work with other hardware/firmware/test engineers to ensure on-time product delivery per schedules
The teams bring a challenging environment with opportunities to work on complex technologies, and to develop skills on LTE and 4G networks.
Requirements:
1. Education background: bachelor or above, master preferred
2. Major in: telecommunication, computer science, or related
3. Basic high density circuit design and development experience
4. Hardware design experience on control / transport / backplane / baseband / radio board.
5. MCU, DSP, EPLD and FGPA development experience, Good skills in FPGA/DSP programming, C language and MCU BSP programming is a plus.
6. Basic knowledge on communication theory, signal processing, WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/WiMax/LTE L1 technology (OFDM, MIMO, Channel coding/decoding, etc.).
7. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
8. Other requirements: Willing to adapt rapidly in a challenging R&D environment; Team work spirit; Good communication skill
